Hello, My name is Luibeth, and I would like to tell you that you are not alone, and that your symptoms are not just in your head. I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels like a battleground, because I’ve been there.
Throughout my childhood, I struggled constantly with severe abdominal bloating, pain, nausea, vomiting, chronic constipation, and severe food allergies. To make matters more difficult, I watched the same painful patterns repeat in my family—affecting my mother, my brother, and eventually, my own children. For years, our lives revolved around navigating stomach issues. It was a long, exhausting, and incredibly difficult journey trying to figure out how to heal my own gut and protect my family.
My search for answers completely transformed my career path. Initially, I wanted to be an infectious disease epidemiologist, which led me to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a focus on infectious disease.
However, while analyzing health data, I noticed a staggering, undeniable rise in chronic diseases across both children and adults. The deeper I looked into the data, the more I realized we needed to target wellness at a cellular level. All of my research kept pointing back to one foundational root cause: compromised nutrition at the core of chronic disease.
That discovery sparked a deep, unstoppable passion for functional nutrition. I realized that by understanding how foods interact with our cellular biology and our gut microbiome, we can actively mitigate, minimize, and even reverse the risk of chronic illness. To bring this vision to life for my clients, I went on to earn my Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition.
Today, I combine my rigorous Public Health background and advanced clinical training with a deeply personal understanding of chronic GI suffering. I don't just look at your symptoms; I look at your unique biology, history, and environment to help you build a resilient gut. You and your family don't have to just "manage" the pain anymore—let’s work together to heal it from the inside out.
