I have a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and am just one semester away from earning my Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition. My focus is in epidemiology and infectious disease. Interestingly, I started as a psychology major before finding my true calling in Public Health. Public health, disease pathology investigation, nutrition and (neuroscience being my self taught hobby), are not just career paths for me—they are my passion and purpose. I believe that my Heavenly Father placed me on this earth to pursue this work, and I feel incredibly blessed to follow a path I love. I am a lifelong learner, constantly curious, and always asking 'why' and 'how.'"
I feel deeply connected to the natural world, and it brings me a sense of peace. I am in awe when I think about the intricate beauty and purpose behind creation. I believe that God through nature has given us healing powers. I have a profound appreciation for the wonders around us and believe that we have an important role within it. I believe that we are all here for a unique purpose. I believe that many of us can do what we are good at career wise, while sharing kindness and positivity, inspiring others to do the same. I view the world through a lens of reverence of Gods design and have an unwavering belief in the goodness and purpose of life itself. I find that we should celebrate Gods goodness, life, love and the sacredness of every moment. I have a natural and deep connection to the natural world and hunger for continuous understanding of divine creation. I believe one of life's many keys is gratitude. Prayer and gratitude during a storm, and during a beautiful clear blue sky allows us to capture and grow from both, the hard times and the good times. Life is a perspective, life passes by quickly, choose daily to wake up and have gratitude.

At Clinical Nutrition of South Texas, my goal is to enhance my clients' health and well-being by thoroughly examining the signs and symptoms their bodies are displaying. I address each individual as a unique case study, approaching their health like a researcher piecing together a complex puzzle. I carefully assess their medical history, including childhood symptoms, and utilize blood and urine chemistry, alongside specialized tests to gain a comprehensive understanding of their health.
I work with patients of all ages, from conception to 100 years old, because I believe that nutrition is critical at every stage of life — starting even before pregnancy. It is my firm conviction that good health begins with proper nutrition before conception and throughout life.
I specialize in a wide range of conditions, including neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, seizures, epilepsy, cognitive impairments, anxiety, ADHD, Asperger’s syndrome, autism, migraines, dementia, delirium, Parkinson’s disease, psychosis, depression, PTSD, autoimmune diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, as well as issues related to inflammation, pain, gastrointestinal diseases, for example chronic pancreatitis, inflammatory bowl disease, food allergies, heavy metals, cancer prevention (minimize risk), and much more. To me Gut health and mitochondria health is essential to maintaining good health. it is much easier to prevent disease than to reverse or treat.
The healing process is not a quick fix. Identifying where the symptoms are coming from is not easy. I believe that in order for one to be healthy, one must be in a constant state of homeostasis. I also specialize in drug-induced nutrient depletion and interaction, offering support to clients who wish to adopt a synergistic approach to health, combining both Westernized medicine and nutrition education.
